After the carding stage, our Master Weaver will Hand Spin the newly carded wool. We can re-create the original rug weaver's work, whether it be with a left handed or right handed spin. When our experts complete a rug wool spin, our master weavers begin dyeing the wool to match and restore your rug or carpet to it's original stunning colors.

In checking for fugitive colors, you should consult an expert. You should also check for dry rot, moth damage, and animal or food stains. The latter can sometimes cause running of color or deterioration. Finally be wary of Persian rugs that have been painted to hide wear since these areas will often bleed into other colors. Always consult a true Master Weaver when in doubt.
